Menu Bar
The menu bar contains categorized menu items for access to various commands, settings, and features.
File Menu

The available options from the File Menu will change depending on what object is selected from the Navigation pane.
| Options | Selected Object(s) | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Connect Camera | None or Any | Opens the Connect Camera dialog box. |
| Open Slow File... | None or Any | Opens a system dialog box, filtered to .slow files, to select and open 1 or more files for playback. |
| Open SSD Take... | Camera | Opens the SSD Takes dialog box for the currently-selected camera. |
| Delete all Takes... | Camera | Deletes all takes from the currently-selected camera. |
| Disconnect | Camera | Disconnects the currently-selected camera. |
| Exit | None or Any | Exits SLOW immediately. Same effect as clicking the close button "X" at the top right corner of the software. |

Save Progress
Switches the view to the Save Progress interface.
Help Menu

Displays relevant information about the version of SLOW that is running
